Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ All tags must still be attached
✔ You may try items on, but worn or washed items cannot be returned

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed shipping instructions. This helps us track your return and process it quickly once received.
Return Shipping — Important Information
Theo’s Closet works with international fulfillment partners, and approved returns must be sent to our designated warehouse.
Please note the following before initiating a return:
✔ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
✔ Any customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees must also be covered by the customer
✔ We do not provide prepaid return labels, as costs vary depending on your location
✔ We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
